Chop the coriander.
- 1 Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to a hot pan. Add the prawns and the ginger, garlic and chilli mix and stir fry for 3 minutes. Splash on the soy sauce, remove from heat and stir through half the coriander.
- 2 Add the rest of the coriander to the mangetout salad.
- 3 Microwave the bao buns.
- 4 Spoon a little Sriracha mayo into the base, top with the mango and mangetout salad and finish with the prawns.
Very tasty and quick to make however I was unable to get some of the ingredients in my local M&S

Great snack...used fresh ginger, garlic and chilli instead of paste and just watercress instead of the salad suggested, but very tasty and light. Never tried the buns before...great! ( and the Mayo)
