Zest and juice the lemons. Tear the Lochmuir smoked salmon into strips.

  1. 1 Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions then drain, leaving 1 tbsp water in the pan.
  2. 2 Stir through the spinach until just wilting.
  3. 3 Add all the remaining ingredients until coated in the sauce and serve in bowls.
