Halve the wholemeal pitta breads. Peel the skin and flake the boneless smoked mackerel fillets. Chop the cooked beetroot in natural juice. Juice the lemons. Finely shred the sweet heart cabbages. Finely slice the red onions. Very finely sliced the carrots. Toast the sesame seed.
