Separate the cloves, leaving skin on the garlic bulbs. Dice the green pepper. Dice the red peppers.
- 1 Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.
- 2 Place all of the prepared ingredients into a large baking tray and give them a good stir.
- 3 Bake in the oven for 40 minutes until the chicken skin is nice and golden.
Have made this delicious dish 3 times now and family and friends rave about it. Easy peasy, can be prepared in advance, tastes even better the next day, a definite winner.
Very impressed. Used chicken breast strips and M&S Chunky Butternut squash mix. Such an easy dinner - my fussy kids loved it.
Wow … just made this earlier,added a bit of red and green chilli to give it a kick as we love spicy food. Another one added to my favourites. Basted the chicken as described , so tender .
