Grilled peaches with yuzu and passionfruit yoghurt

Halve the passion fruits. Halve and stone the peaches.


  1. 1 Heat the grill to high.
  2. 2 Place the peaches in a single layer, cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  3. 3 Whizz together the sugar and half of the mint leaves, and sprinkle over the peaches.
  4. 4 Cook the peaches under the grill for 5–6 minutes, until the fruit is golden and the juices are bubbling.
  5. 5 Drizzle with the yogurt, a scoop of passionfruit and decorate with the remaining mint leaves.
