- 1 Pour the custard into a bowl and mix in the berries, crushing them slightly as you stir. Divide this mixture between the four moulds and insert a lolly stick into the centre of each.
- 2 Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight, until frozen solid. To turn out, carefully dip the outsides of the moulds in very hot water for a few seconds (you may have to do this two or three times) then pull out by the sticks.
