Coarsely grate the large apples.
- 1 Put the porridge oats in a mixing bowl and stir in the spices, apple juice and grated apples.
- 2 Cover and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- 3 Chop half the blueberries and stir into the muesli.
- 4 Divide among four breakfast bowls and top with the yogurt, remaining blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
