Thinly slice the cooked turkey breast. Thinly slice the Brie.
- 1 Lay 2 tortillas on a board and spread with the chutney.
- 2 Divide the turkey, rocket and Brie between them, then lay the remaining tortillas on top and press down firmly with your hands.
- 3 Heat half the oil in a large non-stick frying pan and cook one quesadilla for 2-3 minutes each side, until golden.
- 4 Repeat for the other quesadilla.
- 5 Drain on kitchen towel, then cut each into 6 wedges to serve.
