Tomato and artichoke bruschetta

Method

  1. 1 Grill the ciabatta until lightly golden.
  2. 2 Spread each slice with the Tomato & Artichoke pesto.
  3. 3 Divide over the marinated artichokes (reserve the oil for drizzling), the Parma ham and Parmesan shavings.
  4. 4 Drizzle with the reserved oil and serve.
