Slice the red chillis. Juice the limes. Finely slice the fresh ginger. Shred the cooked turkey. Trim and halve the green beans.
- 1 Put the paste, lime leaves, chilli, ginger, tomatoes and stock in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- 2 Add the turkey and green beans, and simmer for 2 minutes then removed from the heat.
- 3 Add the lime juice, and serve with coriander.
