Hull and halve the strawberries. Break the dark chocolate into pieces. Crush the sea salt.
- 1 Arrange the strawberries on a platter and let them come to room temperature.
- 2 Put the chocolate, 100ml cream, salt, sugar and butter in a heavy-based pan and melt over a low heat, stirring gently to make a smooth sauce, then stir in 1 tsp lukewarm water.
- 3 Drizzle the sauce and remaining cream over the strawberries, and serve immediately.
