STRAWBERRY AND CUSTARD LOLLIES

Preparation

Hull the strawberries.

Method

  1. 1 Puree the hulled strawberries in a food processor or liquidiser then press through a sieve into a bowl.
  2. 2 Stir in the readymade custard and mix until smooth.
  3. 3 Pour into 6 lolly moulds, add lolly sticks and freeze overnight.
  4. 4 To serve, dip moulds briefly in warm water then lift out of the moulds.

    I've just made this with strawberries, red and black currants. Super easy, and I'm sure it will be delicious for dessert!!!
