Sriracha mayo prawn bao buns

Sriracha mayo is made from chilli peppers and garlic and brings a lovely flavour to this dish. The plump juicy prawns work really well with the tender steamed Chinese buns and the crunchy salad to make a great light lunch.

Preparation

Chop the coriander.

Method

  1. 1 Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to a hot pan. Add the prawns and the ginger, garlic and chilli mix and stir fry for 3 minutes. Splash on the soy sauce, remove from heat and stir through half the coriander.
  2. 2 Add the rest of the coriander to the mangetout salad.
  3. 3 Microwave the bao buns.
  4. 4 Spoon a little Sriracha mayo into the base, top with the mango and mangetout salad and finish with the prawns.
