Shred the spring onions. Chop the fresh coriander leaves.
- 1 Place the beef, wasabi paste and coriander in a mixing bowl and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2 Using your hands, shape into four equal-sized patties. Chill until ready to cook.
- 3 Heat a barbecue or grill to medium hot. Cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked through, turning once.
- 4 Serve in the buns with a dollop of mayonnaise, lettuce and spring onions.
Turned out very well
Wasabi didn't come through at all. No spice whatsoever. Still a tasty burger because of the coriander but not as expected.
