Preparation

Hull the strawberries. Chill the cranberry juice. Chill the Florida grapefruit juice.

Method

  1. 1 Put the grapes on a small tray lined with baking parchment and freeze for 2-3 hours, until firm.
  2. 2 Purée the strawberries in a food processor and pour into 2 glasses.
  3. 3 Top up with the fruit juices, dividing them evenly between the glasses.
  4. 4 Add the grapes and serve immediately.
