- 1 Lightly squish the raspberries from 2 punnets.
- 2 Fold the squished raspberries and honey through the yoghurt, leaving some bits unmixed so it makes a swirly pattern.
- 3 Place in the freezer for four hours until frozen.
- 4 Once fully frozen, scoop the yoghurt into bowls and top with fresh berries.
Yoghurt doesn’t freeze well. Took hours to defrost enough to get any out to eat x
