Finely slice the white cabbages. Coarsely grate the large carrots. Finely slice the small red onions. Zest and juice the limes. Toast the sesame seed.
- 1 In a large bowl, mix together the cabbage, carrot and onion.
- 2 Whisk together the soy sauce, lime zest and juice, sesame oil and olive oil.
- 3 Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetables and mix well.
- 4 Toss with the sesame seeds and chill or serve immediately.
