Hull the strawberries.
- 1 Chop the green skin off the watermelon and discard. Using a star-shaped cookie cutter cut the pink flesh into nice mixed-size stars, or using a knife cut into bite-size pieces and add to a large serving bowl.
- 2 Toss through the raspberries, slice the strawberries or cut into heart shapes, scoop the flesh out of the passion fruit and add the juice and zest of a lime. Sprinkle over the pomegranate jewels.
