To drizzle over the finished dish, use some extra of the olive oil.


  1. 1 Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a heavy-based frying pan until hot.
  2. 2 Throw in the peppers and leave them to cook until the skins start to blister.
  3. 3 Toss once or twice and cook for a couple more minutes.
  4. 4 Drizzle with a little oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and enjoy with summer drinks.
