Separate the cloves, leaving skin on the garlic bulbs. Dice the green pepper. Dice the red peppers.
- 1 Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.
- 2 Place all of the prepared ingredients into a large baking tray and give them a good stir.
- 3 Bake in the oven for 40 minutes until the chicken skin is nice and golden.
