Slice the medium leeks. Slice the unsmoked streaky bacon.
- 1 Heat the oil in a large lidded frying pan. Cook the bacon until golden. Remove and set aside.
- 2 Add the leeks to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- 3 Stir in the bacon, cabbage and stock, cover and leave for 1 minute to help wilt the cabbage.
- 4 Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring every now and then, until the cabbage has softened. Serve.
