Preparation

Halve, pit and peel the Peruvian Hass avocados. Pit and peel the ripe mangoes. Chill the milk.

Method

  1. 1 Roughly chop the avocado and mango and put them into a blender with the yogurt, vanilla extract and milk.
  2. 2 Blend for a few seconds until smooth, then serve.
