Halve the passion fruits. Halve and stone the peaches.
- 1 Heat the grill to high.
- 2 Place the peaches in a single layer, cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- 3 Whizz together the sugar and half of the mint leaves, and sprinkle over the peaches.
- 4 Cook the peaches under the grill for 5–6 minutes, until the fruit is golden and the juices are bubbling.
- 5 Drizzle with the yogurt, a scoop of passionfruit and decorate with the remaining mint leaves.
