Method

  1. 1 Cook the beans and petits pois in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2 Put the pan back on the heat and melt the butter.
  3. 3 Add the olive oil and almonds, and cook gently until lightly golden.
  4. 4 Stir through the vegetables, season generously and serve.
