Goat’s curd, nectarine and prosciutto salad

Preparation

Separate the leaves and stalks of the baby gem lettuces and discard of the stalks. Slice the tomatoes. Slice the nectarines. Tear the pack of smoked prosciutto.

Method

  1. 1 Put the lettuce, tomatoes and nectarines on a serving platter, then top with the prosciutto, dots of goat’s curd and basil leaves.
  2. 2 Mix together the oil and vinegar, then drizzle over the salad.
  3. 3 Season to taste.
