Separate the leaves and stalks of the baby gem lettuces and discard of the stalks. Slice the tomatoes. Slice the nectarines. Tear the pack of smoked prosciutto.
- 1 Put the lettuce, tomatoes and nectarines on a serving platter, then top with the prosciutto, dots of goat’s curd and basil leaves.
- 2 Mix together the oil and vinegar, then drizzle over the salad.
- 3 Season to taste.
