- 1 Heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6 (180°C for fan ovens). Roll out the pastry. Stamp out 16 circles with a 7.5cm pastry cutter and 16 using a star-shaped cutter.
- 2 Place the circles in a mince pie or mini muffin tin and fill each with 1 tsp of luxury M&S mincemeat.
- 3 Top with a star shape; brush lightly with milk. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the pastry is golden.
- 4 Leave to cool, then dust with icing sugar. Alternatively you could finish with the our shimmer stars, clotted cream or crème fraiche!
