Method
- 1 Tip all the ingredients into a large saucepan, mix well and bring to a boil.
- 2 Reduce the heat, and leave to simmer gently for 7-10 minutes, or until the berries soften and start to burst.
- 3 Remove from the heat, and mix gently with a spoon.
- 4 Serve warm, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
