Preparation

Coarsely grate the large apples.

Method

  1. 1 Put the porridge oats in a mixing bowl and stir in the spices, apple juice and grated apples.
  2. 2 Cover and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  3. 3 Chop half the blueberries and stir into the muesli.
  4. 4 Divide among four breakfast bowls and top with the yogurt, remaining blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
