Preparation
Halve, pit and peel the Peruvian Hass avocados.
Method
- 1 Put the avocados and bananas into a blender with the milk, vanilla extract and honey.
- 2 Blend for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
- 3 Serve chilled.

How is 5g of saturated fats and 25g of sugar healthy? I'll give you the healthy type of fats but that will be proved bad for you in a few years you see.

Great recipe but need to tailor it to your taste - I increased the banana ratio and was perfect - clearly have a bit of a sweeter tooth.
